The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot – it just can’t be done.
If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run. And, if you can do that, you will have had enough to pay for something better in the beginning.

All work performed is fully guaranteed against workmanship from the original date of installation.
- 1-year workmanship and materials warranty;
- 2-year mechanical delivery systems warranty;
There will be no charge to the client for labor or materials on any repair due to faulty workmanship during that one-year period.
